GENERAL INFO PARKING: All Parking lots will be available beginning at 2pm. Buses and trucks for A and AA Bands will enter the parking lot on the South end of the stadium. Buses and trucks for AAA, AAAA, and AAAAA Bands as well as spectators will park in the North parking lot. There will be signs posted and Show hosts to greet and assist you. WARM UP AREAS: There are plenty of places to warm up on the Independence Campus; however, please respect the Silent zones, which are the parking lots, area in front of the Theater and road behind the stadium. CHECK IN: Check in will be in the “D” Commons, which is behind the spectator side of the stadium. Your mailer will have a campus map and there will be plenty of signs to assist you. SEATING: All performers and Pit assistants must sit on the east side of the stadium (back side). Paying customers will sit on the west side (front side). Performers will be stamped upon arrival. Each Band’s Pit assistants will receive bracelets per the amount specified by WBA.
