Judging History
Mr. Wamhoff has been a judge for the Western Band Association for 10 years. In addition to his work with WBA he is an active adjudicator for both Concert and Jazz Ensembles.

Teaching History
Mr. Wamhoff is currently the Dean of Arts and Communication at Delta College. In addition he teaches applied Trombone and Brass Ensemble. Prior to his current position he was Director of Bands and Vocal Jazz at Santa Rosa Junior College. Prior to his work at SRJC, Mr. Wamhoff was the director of Bands and Orchestra at Clovis West High School. His twenty five year career began at Madera Unified School District where hes spent 11 years teaching K-12 music, including the Director of Bands position at Madera High School. His High School groups have performed at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and the National Concert Band Festival in 1996 and 1998.

Performing History
As a trombone performer Mr. Wamhoff has performed with The Temptations, Frankie Valle, the Four Tops, Dizzie Gillespie, Rosemary Clooney, The Tulare County Symphony, The Ukiah Symphony, the Folsom Lake Symphony and a variety of pop, jazz and classical "casual" gigs.
