WBA classifications are as follows and are total numbers of performers on the field. If you need your classification changed on the WBA web site, please advise Kathy Whitcomb at kathyw4657@aol.com You can not change your class, it must be done from the office.

How do I sign up for a show
In order to sign up for WBA shows you must first be entered in our data base. If you have participate in a WBA show you are in the data base. Your log in is your email address. Contact me for your password if you do not remember it. From there you can manage your unit profile and select shows. You can also pay for your fees on line via credit card or mail in a check. Annual WBA membership meeting Notice
The annual WBA membership meeting will be Sunday September 12, 2010 At the Radisson Hotel in Fresno. WBA will be providing one hotel room per band for Saturday night, and will be providing a brunch on Sunday prior to the meeting at 10am. The meeting will begin around 12P in the same meeting room as the brunch.

Please let me know by August 20, 2010 if you would like a room reserved. If I do not hear from you by that date, then I cannot promise that a room will be available at the hotel. We have a block of rooms reserved and will have to release any rooms not assigned at this point.

Changes to WBA contest registration
This year the deadline for being included in the draw for contest position will be Saturday September 4, 2010. This is different than years past, when you could bring your entry to the September meeting. The intent of this change is to facilitate the draw for position to be accomplished at an earlier date, and to discontinue the frenzied process of taking the entries and handing out badges, MP3 players and such at the meeting. All entries should be completed on line. You have two choices of payment options. First is to pay via credit card on the web page. The second is to send in a check, after you complete the entry process online. You will not be confirmed to an event until your check is received.
